Whenever i connect my bluetooth dongle to my PC; system recognizes the dongle as CSR8510 A10 bluetooth chip. However it is not possible to add any bluetooth device.
That's because of missing Microsoft bluetooth enumerator. Without Microsoft bluetooth enumerator it is not possible to add any bluetooth device.
You can try to install CSR bluetooth drivers. Unfortunately CSR is not providing updated drivers any more.
I found that it is possible to use Generic drivers. If you follow the following steps and install generic drivers; you will be able to use windows bluetooth enumerator.

Bende generic bluetooth radio yapınca win10numa cihaz bağlayınca mavi ekrana düşüyor. mecburen programını kullanıyorum lakin bu da çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaşmama sebep oluyor. En azından mavi ekrana düşüp kapanmasından iyidir.
